TDR is the Trademark Document Retrieval system. TDR displays the electronic file wrapper of U.S. Trademark applications and applications for Extensions of Protection, as well as U.S. Trademark Registrations.

Answer:
The "drawing" is a page which depicts the mark or logo applicant seeks to register. In an application based on actual use, the drawing must show the mark as it is actually used, i.e., as shown by the specimens.

Question: Can I use the registered trademark symbol "R" within a circle ®?

Answer:
The registered trademark symbol "R" within a circle ® is for a trademark that has been registered federally. It can only be used after the United States Patent and Trademark Office actually registers the mark.
